OIL PLATFORMS, OFFSHORE & ONSHORE OILFIELDS – A comprehensive introduction to the operation and function of each vital installation.

LNG PROCESS – Participants will be well-versed with the LNG process and  chain from the gas fields to the end users. Learn the LNG hazards and safety considerations.

Several process will be discovered in this gas liquefaction process. This is a special course. Surprising to say that this very interesting process is not included in Petroleum Engineering course.

Knowing the gas liquefaction process will make one’s background stronger.


HYDROGEN SULFIDE (H2S) Course – More than just knowing the hazards of H2S, one must know how it is turned into a marketable raw product.

Being aware of the harmfulness of this toxic gas is not enough, one must know what is the technique in making it a marketable product.

Learn the dangers and how to escape or rescue the injured

Most of the engineers as well as many oil and gas workers are not fully aware between the two.

This is a very interesting module in the sense that one will surely impress the interviewers and be able to outsmart their contemporaries.

Also, participants will learn the current techniques being applied by oil & gas companies in minimizing the chlorine gas emission following strict compliance of Montreal Protocol.  This is different with the reduction of greenhouse gases which comply with the Kyoto Protocol.

Carbon Emission and Climate Change
The effect of extra carbon dioxide increases the greenhouse effect.

More heat is trapped in the atmosphere, causing the Earth’s atmosphere to become warmer than it would be normally.

Global warming is effect due to the increase in global temperature.

Extreme coldness is also the effect of too much carbon dioxide.

Other effects such as Acidification and Eutrophication are interesting to learn which makes one more qualified to become Environment Advisor.

Majority of the oil producing countries are obliged to comply with the UNFCC / Kyoto Protocol.

Introduction to Claus and Super Claus Process, AGRU systems.

Learn the sulphur recovery process in a gas liquefaction plant and how it lessens the effects of toxic SO2 in the environment.

Special model of waste heat boiler, condenser, burner model for easy understanding.

The presence of hydrogen gas in the oil and gas installation posed a potential hazard which many workers or supervisors are not aware. Engineers and HSE / Safety Practitioners must be very cautious when hydrogen gas is perceived to be present.

There are many accidents occurred due to hydrogen explosions in the platform and similar installation involving hydrogen. This course will explain where are the potential presence of hydrogen gas in the installation in order to carry out a naked flame activity.
