An oil and gas training center which is a combination of heart, soul & experience where we convert theory into practice. –Engr. Ronnie Dagal, CEO
O3GHSE O&G Training Center is almost two decades in the making. Though we have formally started only in October 2007, it was nineteen years ago when our CEO started working offshore and onshore for giant oil companies, accumulating a lifetime of training and experience in oil and gas HSE which he intends to share to those attending the training.
Our CEO started his career in Singapore with McDermott. Among his offshore project assignments were with Shell Sarawak, Carigali, Pertamina, Arco, Amoseas, Amoco, Maxus, Marathon Oil, Unocal, Total-Bongkot, Premiere Oil, Conoco, Agip-Chevron-Texaco, Statoil-Totalfinaelf-BP.
He was the safety officer of the derrick barge DB100 that retrieved the body of the divers of the sunken derrick barge DB29 in the South China Sea in 1991.
He was assigned in extreme environments, from the deserts of Africa and Arabia to the freezing temperatures of the Caspian Sea, from the harshest South China Sea to war zone areas in Southeast Asia.
Among the companies he has worked with are Saipem in Aramco projects in Hawiyah gas pipelines, Petronas-Carigali and Zueitina Oil Comp. (formerly, Occidental Petroleum). He was on-scene commander in an uncontrolled fire in Adco-Habshan (UAE) contractors’ accommodation camp that ravished 27 caravans in Dec. 2000, no life was lost.
He was in Bombay High with Essar Oil projects for ONGC, India in Arabian sea. First Asian HSE Manager to work in the Netherlands’ Royal Boskalis Westminster in the Kashagan, Caspian Sea. Project HSE Engineer for Exxon-Mobil drilling project at PT Arun in Lhok Seumawe. Aceh, Indonesia.

He is the only DOLE- BWC Accredited Safety Practitioner in the Oil & Gas Production.
CEO’s words of advise ‘Safety or HSE in the oil and gas can only be learned from people who have wide range of experience in the industry. Look for people who have genuine experience and knowledge. O3GHSE will prepare you to face the interviewers with full confidence. Soon you will find yourself employed.”
